Fade to Black

She watches darkness fade to black. As the air turns cold as ice. She lives in a world of imagination. A prisoner of her own device. She disappears without a trace. She gives up without a fight. She cant see what lies ahead. For her dreams fell out of sight. Rain slips from the rose petal. Like tears fall from her eyes. Her heart is filled with ashes. And a smile is her disguise. She sees herself in broken glass. She sees a stranger staring back Like a memory long since past. Again her memories fade to black. In her eyes the stars are angels. And her life is a grain of dust. another poem

one final breath left your lips, i cryed with so mcuh pain, I love you, but now your gone, why must it be this way, We known each other, scince six grade, Rember when we use to play, Youd chase me and id run, I triped, and you falled, and we laughed as we rolled down the hill, Now here you lay, So cold and pale, How i wish it was me who died, Where are you now, I can feel your smile, As the sun beats down on my back.

Emily +the dream+

"Emily" the wind blew gently and a short dark haired girl turned around. "emily" the wind beckoned. the hard thumbing of her heart could be herd. Her bight blue innocent eye looked in every nick and cranny. "Emily" The Beckoning became louder, Harsher. Darkness slowly swallowed the once beautifully clear and pure field in which she stood. Her breathing became heavy and sallow. She fell to her knees and everything went blank.
